We use your photos! Simply take your own photo of your Team (preferably in portrait mode - and send to me! Professional photographers do amazing work but can be costly! This is not only affordable for the team but easier to afford another picture day to add to your calendar!

How to Collect Player Photos for Individual Banner Orders
To make ordering individual player banners quick and stress-free, we recommend assigning one team representative (coach, team mom, or parent volunteer) to collect all player photos.
Step 1: Choose One Photo Coordinator
Select one person to be responsible for gathering photos for the entire team. This helps keep all images organized and ensures nothing gets missed.
Step 2: Take Individual Player Photos
Have the coordinator take individual photos of each player using the same background, lighting, and camera orientation when possible. This creates a clean, consistent look across all banners.
Step 3: Collect Player Information
Along with each photo, include:
• Player name
• Jersey number
• Team name (and level, if applicable)
Step 4: Send Photos All at Once
Once all player photos are ready, send them together in one email, file upload, or shared folder. Sending everything at once allows us to design and process banners faster and more accurately.
Step 5: Easy Individual Banner Ordering
Submitting all photos together helps streamline the individual banner ordering process, reduces delays, and ensures every player’s banner is designed consistently and on time.
